Our 2017 Cycling camp runs concurrently with our Triathlon camp in the same accommodations but features its own ride leaders and rides tailored to road cycling. Rides will be longer and feature more climbing and top end power work.

This year’s HPP Triathlon camp will take place in beautiful Asheville, North Carolina. The camp will feature pool time at the UNC Asheville pool facilities, training rides in scenic national parks and forests, and training runs through Asheville. This camp is designed for triathletes of all skill levels and all training activities will be ability-based and tailored to each athlete’s individual strengths and weaknesses. In addition to training we will also hold training seminars and workshops with former and current pro-triathletes on various topics, including physiology, training plan development, strength and conditioning, race-day preparation, transition zone strategies, and nutrition and diet tips.
