HPP offers a range of free training plans. Periodically the list of available plans will change. We’ll keep you updated in the newsletter the free plans we are currently offering.

Currently we are offering a series of half marathon training plans.

Choose which metrics you prefer and the level of difficulty:

Level 1 is for athletes with one year or less experience

Level 2 is for athletes with 2-3 years experience

Level 3 is for athletes with 3-5 years experience

Level 4 is for athletes with 5 years or more experience
