Ian - HPP CoachIan Fraser – HPP Coach

Ian is a former professional triathlete and accomplished marathon runner. Ian has been coaching athletes for over 20 years and brings valuable expertise to the HPP team. In addition to coaching Ian owns and operates a local bike shop and sports store, several running and triathlon clinics, and works as an event promoter and organizer.

Alan - HPP CoachAlan Dempsey – HPP Coach

Specialties: Cycling, Triathlon, Distance Running

Alan has been a runner, cyclist and triathlete for over ten years and currently races for Veloselect Racing continental cycling team. He has completed several half and full marathons, is an accomplished Ironman triathlete and skilled bike racer. In addition to coaching Alan teaches spin classes and hosts the cycling podcast Clipped In: A Cycling Podcast available on iTunes.

Alistair - HPP CoachAlistair Scott – HPP Coach

Specialties: Downhill Skiing, Cycling, Cyclocross, Triathlon

Alistair has been a professional coach for over 25 years. A certified level 4 ski instructor and an NCCP certified level 3 coach whose past athletes can now be found competing at the national level in Canada and the collegiate level in the US. Alistair has turned his coaching expertise towards his summer love – cycling. Alistair has a keen interest in physiology and the bio mechanics of cycling – an interest he has pursued at the academic level, having completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Ottawa.
Adrian - HPP CoachAdrian Barber – HPP Coach

Specialties: Triathlon, Road Cycling and Time Trialing, Distance Running
Adrian has been a competitive athlete his entire life, including junior hockey and university level baseball before venturing into triathlon nearly 10 years ago. Since then he has qualified for the IM70.3 World Championships (2015) and Olympic distance duathlon (2016). Adrian is an NCCP-certified triathlon coach who understands balancing work, family, and training to achieve ones goals. He has a degree in Aerospace Engineering and brings a very analytical and systematic approach to training to optimize your time and energy for peak results.
